As part of the Samuelson House project undertaken with Oxfordshire County Council, Minns own strategic site that now falls within the Banbury Canalside Regeneration Area designated by Cherwell District Council.

The area covers some 23 hectares (55 acres) and includes plans for 1,200 new homes along with new commercial space, a new primary school, public open space and new parking

facilities for Banbury Station. Minns are working closely with adjoining landowners and the District Council to promote the regeneration plans.
