Now in its 80th year, Minns Estates is a privately owned company run by Kevin Minns, grandson of the founder Frederick John Minns who established the company in 1934. The company is unique in the diverse range of commercial, retail, residential, student accommodation and mixed use developments it undertakes, many with complex planning, community-related or legal issues to resolve.
The company prides itself on a professional approach where trust and integrity are key values and where Kevin Minns is deeply involved in the day to day running and management of every project the company is involved with. Minns Estates have undertaken a wide range of commercial developments, including pre-lets to Savills and Barclays Bank, as well as partnering or joint venture arrangements with public and private organisations, such as Oxfordshire County Council, Defence Estates and Linden Homes.
The company has recently diversified into development management and completed projects for Oxfordshire County Council, HSBC Special Investments and Winston Group. This includes the joint venture with Will Winterson via Minns Network Development Management Limited, which undertakes a wide range of commercial projects in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
