Minns Estates is a privately owned company run by Kevin Minns, grandson of the founder F.J.Minns who established the company in 1934. In July 2009, Will Winterson, former MD of Network Estates, joined Minns as Director of Development Management. Minns is unique in the diverse range of commercial, industrial, and mixed use developments it undertakes. The majority of these schemes have had complex
planning, marketing or legal issues to resolve and the Minns approach is to look at each property situation from three dimensions in order to devise the best solutions for a given set of circumstances.
Minns has undertaken development including pre-lets to Savills & Barclays Bank, as well as partnering or joint venture arrangements with public and private organisations, including Oxfordshire County Council (OCC),
Defence Estates and Linden Homes. The company has diversified in Development Management with contracts currently with LEDA Properties, Winston Group, AC Lloyd and a private investment trust.
The Directors pride themselves on a professional approach where trust and integrity are key values, and each project has Director responsible for the day to day running and management of the scheme.
