Minns Estates has an established track record of undertaking development projects using its own capital resources, supported by bank funding from it’s close banking relationships. Schemes included the Minns Business Park in Oxford and the Hampden Building in Kidlington.

In undertaking Direct Development, Minns understands the development and financial risks associated with it. This understanding is an important factor which helps Minns to take the required approach when dealing with both joint venture or partnership arrangements.

Minns direct developments have varied from corporate office building, to industrial/ warehouse buildings through to retail and mixed use schemes and a care village. In each case, Minns has worked closely with occupiers who have become either the tenants or purchasers of the development.
