Will Winterson BSc FRICS Director - Development Management
Will has over 30 years of experience in the commercial property market, predominantly in the Office and Industrial Development sector. As a partner of a major firm
of Chartered Surveyors, Will worked with a plc property developers and Institutions. In 1999 Will founded Network Estates, during which time, he built up a relationship with Minns Estates due to a joint venture. As a result, he was appointed Director of Minns Estates in July 2009, to concentrate on Development Management. He also retains the management and overseeing the property assets of Network Estates, and it's investors.
Kevin Minns BSc (Hons) Managing Director
Kevin is the grandson of the founder Frederick John Minns and graduated at Oxford Brookes University with a first in Estate Management.
He joined the company in 1989 and was appointed Managing Director of the company in 1995. His role is to manage the business and have direct hands on involvement in each of the schemes the company undertakes.
His particular area of expertise is in planning and design processes of new developments.
Kevin and Will are supported by a company accountant, an office manager Frankie Howard and project management staff including John Berry MRICS, a highly experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor .
