Kevin Minns BSc (Hons) Managing Director

Kevin is the grandson of the founder Frederick John Minns and graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 1993 with a First Class Degree in Real Estate Management.

He joined the company in 1989 and was appointed Managing Director in 1995. His role is to manage the business and to have direct hands on involvement in each of the schemes the company undertakes.

He works closely with Will Winterson on their Minns Network Development Management joint venture and his particular area of expertise is in planning and design processes of new development. Kevin Minns is Chairman of Fabric and Finance at St Peter's Church, Wolvercote, Oxford, Chairman of the Friends of Nuffield Place (www.nuffield-place.com) and Trustee & Chairman of the Buildings Committee of Fairfield Residential Home in Oxford.

Previously, he taught first year commercial property valuation for ten years at Oxford Brookes University and was a School Governor at Sandhills Community Primary School for five years. He is supported in the office by his wife Mel, who also graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a 2.1 Degree in Real Estate Management , Frankie Howard, the company's Finance and Office Manager and project management staff including John Berry MRICS, a highly experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
