Minns Estates in conjunction with the Winston Group (Shirehall Properties), is to develop this sensitive site in the Central Oxford Conservation area.
Working closely with Oxford City Council & Oxford Architects planning permission was granted for 8,000 sq ft retail on the ground floor together with a storage basement and 41 student unit mixed use scheme.
The development will involve the refurbishment of an element of the existing combined with state of the art new buildings.
The majority of the retail accommodation and the student accommodation are due to be pre let prior to commencement of construction which is due to start in Autumn 2011 and is due to be completed by Christmas 2012.
