Minns, in joint venture with Network Estates, acquired a 10 acre site on the western edge of Witney. The site had an existing, planning permission for 57,050 sq ft of offices and 16,575 sq ft of amenity building which was an unmarketable product.

A detailed study of alternative and more financially viable land use solutions for the site as well as resolving the highway issues that

confronting the site without acquiring third party land. As a result, the joint venture chose a Care Village use as being the most suitable due to strong demand from operators based on clearly identified demographic trends, low traffic generation for the use and having regard to the approved scheme.

After a careful selection process based primarily on deliverability and track record,

Richmond Care Villages was selected as partners to take the scheme though the planning process and planning commission was granted for a 125,000 sq ft scheme.
